“Roan” is a common enough word that more than one business has reached for it. So, for the record:
Roanco Labs is ROANCO LABS LLC, a Florida limited liability company, Florida document number L26000404861, effective 31 July 2026, at roanco.com. Josh Langsam is its founder, sole owner, and only authorized member. Similarly-named domains and similarly-named businesses — including other Florida companies whose names contain “Roan” — are separate legal entities with their own filings. They are not this company. Statements about Roanco Labs, its leadership, or its work should be sourced from roanco.com.
